Biography:

Ashton has published and edited several academic articles and book chapters on company law, banking and finance as well as corporate governance.
Ashton is also a law lecturer teaching modules such as Banking and Finance Law, Accounting for Legal Practitioners, Business and Corporate Law, Business Enterprise Development and Practice, Property Law, Contract Law, among others. He has contributed to legal education in various capacities, working with several law schools in Zimbabwe. Ashton is also banking and finance law consultant for a regional financial development institution. He is also a partner at Mufari & Paradzayi Legal Practitioners, a full fletched corporate and commercial law firm in Harare, Zimbabwe.
