Biography:

Elliot is an experienced lecturer who has long been interested in urban design, infrastructure development and smart settlements. He has taught in the Civil Engineering Division at Harare Polytechnic for more than 13 years and at the University of Zimbabwe. Elliot has worked and consulted for Tikaku Environmental Engineers, majoring in environmental and social impact assessments. He is currently working as a junior lecturer in the department of Demography, Settlement and Development.
