Biography:

Overson is a development expert, consultant and academic with a passion for applied research, with vast experience on Programme and Project Design. His career spans over 20 years delivering on development interventions informed by research and focused on life changing outcomes. He has keen interest in facilitating development interventions plus design of Monitoring & Evaluation Frameworks for effective implementation; undertaking baseline research surveys and executing programme/project evaluations. He also has sound grounding in fund raising & grant management.
