Biography:

Nesbert is multi-skilled development and planning practitioner, he has sound knowledge in spatial planning. He is well versed in development planning, regional planning, governance issues housing issues, infrastructure planning, planning and development, property management, research knowledge and skills in data analysis using softwares and is well exposed to different research tools and methods. Additionally, He has knowledge in development and humanitarian issues with over 5 years working experience. He is also well-versed in development and humanitarian issues in both rural and urban context.
