Biography:
Benjamin is a PhD holder in Sociology, a dedicated, experienced professional with a solid research background, industry experience, a teaching portfolio with several published articles. I have 4+ years of experience serving as a Lecturer and researcher in Sociology department of several colleges. Experienced in assisting and overseeing students research projects.I bring forth sound knowledge of research modelling programs, familiarity with research techniques, ability to resolve academic and research issues, ability to secure external funds for researches, profound knowledge of teaching methodologies, skilled in teaching and motivating research students with diverse backgrounds and needs. A committed faculty member, passionate about working to further enhance the research offerings of an organisation.
Skills:
● Work on research projects, supporting the design of research instruments and research designs, conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis, drafting sections of report and keeping the organisation updated on progress.
● Contribute to analysis and reporting, together with other research team members working on a project. Contribute to quality assurance tasks, working closely with the field teams to monitor and clean incoming survey data.
● Technical research design, including sampling and impact evaluation methodologies. Data analysis, statistical techniques and coding.
