Biography:

Dr. Miriam Mbasera is a senior Lecturer at University of Zimbabwe in the Tourism Leisure and Hospitality department of the faculty of Commerce. She is a seasoned lecturer with fifteen (15) years of lecturing at the University of Zimbabwe. She has served in various committees at the University of Zimbabwe, some of which are Faculty of Veterinary Science board, University teaching and lecturing committee and Committee on Academic Ceremonies. Her research interests are outsourcing in hospitality organizations, community based tourism development and quality based tourism development.
